Chateau Lorette Open House Well Attended

Chateau Lorette just finished up a big weekend May 5 and 6, as we helped them gear up to their Open House Grand Opening with a 2 week lead-up campaign. This campaign used newspaper, direct mail and radio to get their demographic excited for the unveiling of the brand new show suite.

The Open House was a big hit. Around 300 people attended over both days – some of which made the trip out from Winnipeg. Nearly everyone that attended entered the draw for a free iPad. Agents were kept busy all day with a steady stream of traffic as the show suite was always occupied between 9:30AM and 4:30PM.

Agents took in 3 deposits the week leading up and 3 more over the weekend. We expect a few more the week after as there were a lot of serious thinkers that left the Open House after a good sales pitch. It looks like the agents will keep the weekend Open House events happening as they are a great way to land potential sales.

From this point we will rely on the database of contacts and roll out our electronic mail campaign to close up the sales the developers need to start construction.

I would like to thank all the key members of Chateau Lorette Condominiums for working with us and getting a campaign like this launched in a very small timeframe. Without their trust in us it couldn’t gone as smooth as it did.
