STEPS: The Rebrand

Re-branding a company can be one of the most enjoyable exercises for a creative team to go through. We just did this with the Sair Centre of Learning. When Sair asked us to get involved with the project, we didn’t hesitate for a second.

Sair is not only re-branding their corporate identity, but decided to go through a corporate name change as well. After almost 50 years of being known as Sair, this June they will now be known as STEPS – Sair Training & Employment Placement Services.

STEPS is a government funded, board driven organization that helps people with intellectual struggles find employment opportunities, and works with the individuals to prepare them for their careers. They tailor their programs to fit each individual’s need.

It was important to us that the new identity was warm, friendly and carried a human element all the while backing up the STEPS acronym. After a couple presentations the board was unanimous in their decision and we delivered the new STEPS corporate identity. An official launch of the new logo will take place at their 50th anniversary in early June.

We would like to thank STEPS for working with us to create one of the most valuable pieces of a company’s brand – their identity!
