As part of the annual spring marketing campaign for Chateau Lortte Condominiums, an email database was built from the Open House that kick-started this campaing. The database was later utilized for sending updates to potential condo buyers. News, promotions, price changes and upcoming event were all marketed through the email database. This resulted in precise targeting of interested people without the high cost of traditional mediums and wasting money of target overspill.
One of the benefits of email markeitng is that our clients can see detailed reports and statisitics - knowing the exact return on their marketing investments.
