Another big launch for Bradley Advertising took place this morning. We unrolled a full multi-media campaign for Chateau Lorette Condominiums - a new complex being built in Lorette, Manitoba. This is our second condo campaign in under a year, both for property developers.
Chateau Lorette first approached us in early April. Developers had already been planning an Open House for the beginning of May, so that made for quick planning and even quicker campaign development. We did our research, developed a marketing plan in the first couple weeks then worked on the creative approach.
Chateau Lorette is a condominium community for people 50 and over, and we are confident the data collected in our research, along with the right creative, will reach and penetrate this demographic.
The campaign features a 3 week lead up to the Open House starting with radio and newspaper across southern Manitoba. We will also use direct mail drops and cap off the campaign with an Open House event featuring a live radio remote. From that point we will rely on the contacts made during the 3 week campaign and the Open House - switching to an electronic media campaign with web, video and electronic newsletter distribution.
We are confident that this campaign will pack the Open House and that agents will make the contacts needed to ultimately ink 23 sales. If there are still condos left after the Open House, we will roll out our electronic media campaign which is perfect for a time of year when people are out and about enjoying the warm weather.
